If for any reason you cannot make a tee-time, please give us at least a 24-hour cancellation notice by calling 860-827-1362 so we can accommodate others wishing to play at that same time. Thank you.

Making Reservations Online

You may secure a starting time on the web.

If you now have or have ever had a golf pass or variety card, simply use your home telephone number (without spaces or hyphens) for your User I.D. and use your last name for your Password.

If you are not in our Golf Trac system, you have two options:

1. Choose new user and create a member household in our database.
2. Choose guest and secure your starting time however you will need a credit card number to complete the transaction (credit card is for authorization purposes only no charges will be incurred).

Weekday Reservations

• Reservations can be made seven days in advance beginning at 7:00 AM.
• Reservations will be handled by walk-in, phone, and web until all requests have been filled.
• Tee-times will be available from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Prior to 8:30 AM and after 3:00 PM all play is considered OPEN PLAY.
• The 18-Hole Course will be available for tee-times starting 7:00 AM instead of 8:30 AM to accommodate 18-hole play ONLY.
• Special rate greens fee for Daily Fee Players Only with cart and bucket of balls included. 9 or 18 hole reservations can be made starting at 6:28am - 6:52am for Daily Fee Players Only.
• You must have a minimum of two players to make a tee-time.
• Players cannot make multiple reservations.
• All players playing 18 holes have right of way on thru nine.

Weekend & Holiday Reservations

• Reservations can be made three days in advance, alternating between walk-in and phone beginning at 6:30 AM.
• Online Golf Trac reservations will begin at 6:45AM.
• Tee-Times will be available from 6:00 AM - Noon.
• Play from 12PM alternates between OPEN PLAY and starting times.
• You must have a minimum of three players to make a tee-time.
• Players are not permitted to make multiple reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation MUST be given a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled tee-time.

Open Play:

• Open play is strongly recommended for singles or any size group if you are looking to play during the listed times shown below. With 27-holes available, your wait (if there is any) will seem shorter with a full-length driving range, an undulating practice putting green, a chipping green with bunkers, and a full service restaurant to enjoy until you're called to the 1st tee.
• Open play is considered any time when advance starting times are not in effect.
• Open Play is available:
    Weekdays: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM; 3:00 PM - Dark
    Weekends: 12:00 PM - Dark
    Holidays: 12:00 PM - Dark
• Please note: Open Play may be reduced by weekday tournaments; look for announcements in the golf shop or the Schedule Board at entrance for such events.
• Players must sign-in on walk up list to register for open play.
• Players may sign in no more than thirty minutes in advance of when open play begins.
• Players must be available at anytime after signing in, once your name is called, you must be prepared to begin play or risk forfeiting your position on the list.
• Players may sign up as singles, twosomes, threesomes, or foursomes.
